JobNimbus. Built for roofing and exterior contractors; ask them for a price.
QuickBooks. Invoices sit next to your accounts and taxes.
Wow Invoice. Free to download, built for trades, and your client pays from a link.
Your business name and contact, the client and job address, the date and invoice number, then each line: tear-off and disposal, shingles, underlayment, flashing and labour. Add tax if you charge it, the total, and how to pay.
In Wow Invoice you turn it into an invoice with one tap when the client says yes. JobNimbus and QuickBooks also say so on their own sites.
Not with Wow Invoice. Your client gets a link that opens in any browser and can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay from it.
Wow Invoice is free to download. Paid plans start at: Invoice Simple at $6.99 a month for 3 invoices, Invoice2go at $7.99 a month for 30 invoices a year, Joist at $12 a month for 5 documents, QuickBooks Simple Start at $38 a month and Jobber at $49 a month, as listed on their own sites in October 2026. Prices are US dollars, monthly billing unless noted.
Wow Invoice works in English, Spanish, French, German and Italian, with over 135 currencies. Joist is English only, and its payments are US and Canada only. Invoice Simple offers 23 languages. Invoice2go lists 6 languages.
We picked apps that one person or a small crew could use, plus one or two bigger tools where a trade has them. Other roofing systems that only show prices after a sales call are left out, except JobNimbus as the one example.
